What's included in live checkout today?

Pro uses Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal for billing management. Watchlists, notebook, CSV export, and county alert preferences work today when signed in. Sale-date alerts only fire when the scraper publishes future dates.

Can I get a refund?

Cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period. We do not refund partial months. See Terms.

Can I use DeedScout instead of official county records?

No. Always verify on the official clerk, auction, or municipal portal before bidding or outreach.
